Joel was such a help for the past month trying to troubleshoot and issue that we couldn't quite figure out how it was happening. He was always super patient and kind on the phone. After trial and error and reaching out to the merchant, he was finally able to resolve my ongoing issue. I am super appreciative for all his help, and those of others from TxSG. Always amazing service! Professional, knowledgeable people take care of our many technical issues quickly and efficiently. Technical issues would typically be the most difficult thing about my position, but TXSG consistently provides the support necessary to make a technical issue a very short lived minor inconvenience instead of what it would be without them.
