I am with the Alvarado Chamber of Commerce, and when I joined this organization earlier this year, Miche Traina with The Elements Group was already working with the CoC to overhaul the existing website, social media, and overall systems in place within the Chamber. Miche met with me personally once a week and led discussions helping me to get acquainted with the organization and lay out their vision for growth, how everything worked, and how to effectively step into my new role with confidence. Miche is straightforward and has incredible insight into business operations and the heart of management and marketing for non-profits. His guidance and hands-on instruction has helped to completely turn things around for our once-struggling Chamber, and made my transition into this new role infinitely easier in the process.
