We traveled to Dubai with the agency and we have nothing but words of praise! Well organized, ready to answer any question before the trip, and I didn't spare them ;) and fulfill everything that was agreed. Recommendation!
Chili is a real find. They are extremely professional and always at your service, even if you ask them a thousand and one questions, they answer every single one in detail. They try to find the best offer tailored just for you. We traveled in their arrangement to the Dominican Republic and we are very very satisfied with the service provided and theirs
Chili Tours defrauded us by 1. Misrepresenting a tour on their website as their own (until after they got payment), when they were just an affiliate (though they are apparently the direct tour supplier for most other Egypt tours) and 2. Confirming, in emails, that the tour guidance while in Egypt (local) was in English when it is not. We are currently on a 9 day tour in a language I don't understand because Chili Tours misrepresented the tour when asked direct questions about it.
