As a small business owner I get easily overwhelmed with my books and payroll but Guillermo stepped in and turned everything around. He's even helped me secure 2 business grants over the years, literally free money for my business. Which no other accountant in the past ever suggested, I didn’t even know this was an option before meeting Guillermo. I can’t emphasize enough just how “numbers” savvy he is, it’s truly next-level. I've talked to other accountants before but none of them have the depth of understanding that Guillermo does. I saw him on February and his advice saved me a ton of money and his phone call to explain everything was so reassuring, and that's why he's earned every bit of my 5-star rating. HOWEVER, I'm taking off one star because he's a bit too lenient with clients who don't upload their documents on time. The client portal requires docs to be uploaded a day in advance but I’ve witnessed some people don’t follow this rule, causing longer wait times as the secretary has to make copies for every paper and a lot of clients don’t even have all of their required paperwork for their appointment, so they have to wait for a family member to take a picture at home and send it to them…all this causing delay when they should’ve uploaded a day before like the rest of us! Once, I waited 2 hours
