People with 1 star reviews probably have no clue how to run a server. Cloudways offers the tools for you to run amazing projects with easy to use restoral and other great tools like SSL, hourly backups, easy restores and DNS management, not to mention email and so much more out of the box. Their support can handle minor to extreme issues. You need to have patience and explain things properly. If there's a language barrier you won't get anywhere quickly and this is understandable as technical lingo can vary from nation to nation. However, with patience and a bit of knowledge and research, you can run an incredible server and apps with Cloudways. We've been hosting our mobile app and website for over 5 years. Never had any significant issues or outages. Whenever we had web application issues or errors, it was due to our own stupidity or another third party plugin or update, however starting a live chat with them quickly results in a good results. They investigate and fix issues right away by explaining in detail what they did and what occurred. We are very happy with them and will continue to host our services with them.
