Super company! Helped me fix my Chinese laser machine I bought on eBay which I later sold and bought one from Scott at CNC Warehouse. Being a layman and not that great at repairs, when repairs are needed Scott the owner always makes time to fix my machine and is very knowledgeable about them. This company is professional and stands by their machines. 99% of my problems have always been user error or just repairs on items that have to be replaced because of constant use. I can't say enough good things about them. I will be purchasing another machine in a year or so. My new place I'll need at least two.

Purchased a CO2 from CNC Warehouse years ago and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Scott has come out for service repairs on a few occasions and is a wealth of information. I pick his brain whenever I can :) He's also trouble shooted issues over the phone and has A LOT of patience...the times I've called I have been frustrated to the max and he's very understanding, kind, and has helped me fix the issue. I'm back in the market for a different type of laser and will be purchasing from them again. I can save a *little* bit of money buying online, but my time is worth more than I'll save and having their customer support has saved my rear multiple times!
