Former intern here- I had a great experience and Codice gave me everything I wanted in an internship: 1. Improving my technical and communication skills. 2. Producing a deliverable that would impact the company. 3. Meeting a network of mentors that can help me learn more about the technologies I'm interested in. From the start there was a clear plan of what my work was for the summer and how my work would help the company. I felt challenged yet not lost because the technical managers were there to guide me if I needed help.
