Compass Property Management Group has managed our property in Lake City, Florida for many years. Our tenants have been with us for over a decade and are fantastic. They have been current with their rent, even through the beginning of the pandemic, and treat our property as if it were their own - with respect and care. Christine, our contact with Compass, has been the conduit to our tenants and any repairs or questions are taken care of quickly and efficiently. She has a list of reliable and reasonable repair people who have been responsive and quick to help our tenants. Our experience with Compass, and especially Christine, has been great.
