Contact Online Limited helped me with my website, tackling the two main parts - aesthetics and secondly (and in my view more importantly) the SEO side of things. Alan introduced me to software, which he has developed, which enables the non-technical user to understand what is going on - there is a simple colour-coded system for setting out performance (green good, red not so good) therefore at a glance you can see how the site is performing. The software also enables you to look at statistics from various angles - where have the searches come from, by which means and so on. Alan was also kind enough to go through, in two zoom meetings, what might have caused any fluctuations and suggested useful, realistic and reasonable remedies. It is very clear to see that Alan is, not only passionate about his specialism, but also has a broad understanding, which can only be developed having gained many years of relevant experience. He interprets statistics with ease, putting their import into layman's terms. He can marry business thinking and SEO technicalities and convey this well to the layman. On a personal level Alan is a person with a high standard of integrity. If it won't work for you, he'll say. He would not suggest a solution unless he believed it was in your best interests. We changed our website from Wordpress to another platform, which links with our booking functionality and works well for our business. However we hadn't expected the massive drop in SEO which this had. An example is that where we were coming up 1st of 2nd in search results, instead we were 11th!
