April and the other CTM agent that helped me with my trip were fantastic! They helped me in a timely manner and with great customer service. Because of them, I would recommend them and CTM to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about April! She is so quick to respond and goes above and beyond for us! Recently I was in route to the airport to go home from a corporate training and realized my flight was actually scheduled for the following day. In less than 10 minutes April was able to change my flight and get me home to my babies in time for bedtime! I'm so appreciative of her good attitude and willingness to help.
