He said it would take two hours to resolve my issues and gave me a very reasonable price. The project took nearly four hours and he still was a man of his word and kept the initial cost. He even helped me with a few items that were not on the initial quote and I said a couple times that, "we don't need to worry about this, as this wasn't part of the initial agreement."
