DaVinci Pro Staffing is an employment agency founded in Wichita, Kansas in 2016. We began our journey as a professional consulting company with agility as a core value. During this time, we provided project management, engineering, and lean/agile practice consulting at companies in a variety of industrial spaces. As a result, we became acutely familiar with the staffing business and felt a strong impulse to work in this space. While consulting was rewarding, it was very narrow in scope, and we wanted to have a larger impact. Consequently, we recognized that a change was necessary to fulfill our true passion; helping people to achieve their professional goals.

DaVinci Pro has made working here in Kansas very smooth! The document process was simple and I was able to start at the job immediately. Steve is the one I was in contact with and he is always on point! He made sure that I was setup with everything I needed. Also kept me updated with information via email/text!
