This place is awesome! The owner Jean (John) is such a great guy. He's very approachable and actually listens to you and your ideas rather than waiting to tell you how something should be done like some other outfits in Dallas. But when you have an issue on a project or need advice on a material that would work best, he has the knowledge of steering you in the right direction. He recently solved an issue for me that saved, what could have been, a disaster. This is a small style business that has the capabilities of a large scale operation. When you call about a job you will speak to Jean, not a sales person. There's a benefit to that. Things don't get lost in translation from a sales person, to a production person, and so on. You speak to the guy in charge. I love that! He's been there a really long time too. Quality sticks around. Thanks Jean!

Jean and his crew are awesome. He cut some copper guitar parts for me and did such a great job. He also took the time to show me one of his laser machines and how it operates which was very cool. Great guy, great company too. I recommend his services to anyone looking for high quality work. I will use Dragon Street Laser again for sure.

I worked with Jean at Dragon Street Laser to have pieces laser cut for a gown for the Texas Rose Festival. Jean was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, talking me through laser cutting versus CNC routing, working with me on material selection, and even saving the day with a last minute addition. The cutting came out perfectly and was done very quickly, and the prices were clear and perfectly suited to my budget. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing cutting services of any kind.
