The company provided high-quality designs allowing me numerous iterations/changes from me. The final product was a high-quality design with a relatively quick turnaround time providing both light and dark mode designs. Unfortunately, I do have to dock 1 star as sometimes change requests would be missed due to project management issues so I had to repeat them. Outside of that, the project went well and the final product was exactly what I was looking for and within my budget and timescales.
