In March 2020, the height of COVID was at an all-time high. Companies and organizations were lost when it came to working remotely and their existing technology solutions not being supported in the new world of work. DYOPATH rose to the top by supporting organizations and alleviating the frustrations these groups were facing. In 2021, DYOPATH strategically identified a company called ITS (Innovative Technology Solutions) as a valuable partner. Applied for a position, got an unexpected call from an unknown number at 7 in the morning, asked to call back in two hours at more reasonable time. Agent agreed. Never called back. Red flags. Edit: Unknown does not mean blocked. I saw the number but was not expecting a call at 7 in the morning while waking up and talking with my fiance'.
*DISCLAIMER* I am not a Dyopath employee, my husband has worked for them, at multiple locations, for the past 2 years, my review is from the perspective of the spouse of an employee. I know next to nothing about IT, but as a social worker, I have watched my husband get under-appreciated, his skills overlooked and under-utilized, and his time and family under-valued and used against him for almost the entirety of his experience with this company. I know how pressing this work is, but I also know that a respectful, collaborative, and supportive work environment goes farther than any passive-aggressive, backhanded method of forcing hours and wracking numbers. My husband has received some of the most distasteful, disrespectful input, blatant over-looking, and growth-inhibiting management and it baffles me that the turnover rate for their service desk isn't higher than it is
