I have to give Thanos credit for sticking with the problem and working on it until he found a solution, he never gave up ( what should have been a 15 minute job took over 2 hours), but the ones that should be the easies are usually the ones that take the longest. Throughout the duration Thanos was very polite and courteous, even though I know he must have been getting very frustrated, he stayed very professional. I was very happy with his work and very happy to have my computer working the way it should be.

We brought Dyrand on board to build and implement a server for our small office as well as provide day to day problem solving for our expanding office. We quickly came to realize that the server they built us was not large enough and at 80% capacity within 8 months. Upon changing IT companies, they immediately had to purchase more hardware, and replace/upgrade hardware we had just purchased less than a year earlier because the server was not built appropriately for any future hard drive expansion. Some of their staff was knowledgeable and helpful but in the end, we needed a change.
