WHAT A COMPLETE DISASTER!! Everyone needs to stay far away from them. It got so bad that I am now filing an official complaint against them with consumer protection. Fortunately, I did not end up purchasing any property with them. The whole issue has to do with me trying to get my EOI deposit back. For NEARLY TWO WEEKS they keep saying it is processed, we will get it for you tomorrow. ARN number will be given to you today. Their customer service deserves a minus 100 stars. The whole experience has left me very frustrated. I want to let everyone know to stay very far from them. At this point, unfortunately I have no option but to try and pursue legal counsel to try to get my money back.

I was one of the first persons to send EOI for Ramhan project but ended up without an invitation for the launch despite submitting already on 22nd of February. There was a system down and my agent tried various times. I only received confirmation on 24th feb. Still much later finally the EOI payment link was sent. Again I paid immediately after I received it. Then I was called and told that I will be invited and that it will be this week. Now the day of the launch has come and my agent found out that the system messed up my application and I was pushed to another batch.
