Words are just not enough to express how thankful we are to Michelle and Tiche for explaining us about every little details about the e-bike. We have never owned one and I personally have never biked-so this was a very big deal. Michelle was so patient, also gave us test ride time to try out 2 different E-bikes. The best part is that they here in Rotorua and so I can cont to connect with them.if I have more questions. Absolutely excellent customer service, very patient with customers and "no question is a stupid question"..very impressed and definitely would recommend anyone who is looking to invest in an E-bike, this is the place to go and see Michelle or Tiche (hope I've spelt it correctly). I will probably never ride a none electric bike again in my life and most likely will only ever rent from Electric Bike Rotorua. Their products are as amazing as their service. The lovelly Frankie supported me and my friend Max to choose the right bike for our plans and supported us with downloading and using the trailforks app so we wouldn't get lost. She had quality banter and there were even two cute dogs to pat! Added bonus was we got to go through the Whakarewarewa - The Living Maori Village to start our ride! We did the stunning Forrest Loop track. 40Km in just 4 hours! I could never of done that on just any bike! We even had a cute stop for coffee halfway. The ride was made even better by having such comfortable bikes to ride. I particularly like the dropper posts and how comfy the seats were to sit on with the suspension adjusted to our needs by Frankie. 10/10 recommended experience if you visit Rotorua.
