We were well taken care of throughout the Baku trip and appreciate their flexibility in accommodating my preferences. I would highly recommend this travel agency to anyone looking for a memorable and well curated trip in Baku. They plan the whole itinerary for you and is totally customizable. They took care of our sim cards, respected our time, cooridnated pick up and drops and advised us effectively on the places to visit. They even bought us a cake for my wife's birthday which was a very big surprise from Tural and also took us to a Hindu temple on our request. Thank you Tural for this, means a lot. Tural is well versed in English and his communication is crisp and super fast. Special mention to our driver Ayad Sarchu who took care of everything. I would give 5 stars and would definitely recommend others to try them out.
