Our base city Kharkiv as many other cities with over-a-million population has quite lot troubles that need to be thoughtfully focused on. Ecology, roads, social services and etc. Government is not always in the position to care about 100% of issues that normally happen in city life-cycle. So we created a free online service where any citizen can report about any kind of utility problem to help municipality keep track of vital problems in our city’s eco-system. Along with that to provide every inhabitan with feedback and strong support for their query our own legal department takes all possible efforts  to bring it on the table of top city decision-makers.
