I've worked with ESX and rep Jerry Carlson over the course of two companies- the first brought ESX in after many years with a previous service, to migrate IT services and eliminating several system flaws and malware vulnerabilities. Jerry and his team have a knack for breaking complicated IT jargon down for the layman, listening to the real needs of their customers and advising on plans that are realistic and do not take advantage of those of us without extensive knowledge in the field. It's always a pleasure dealing with the support team, who are always personable and fast to react- I never dread having to give them a call. I was so impressed with the excellent service we received, that I decided to go with Jerry and ESX again when starting a new, much smaller company- I still receive the same attention and wonderful service as before, and their team did a fantastic job of getting things set up and there are never any problems. I've been very happy with my experience with ESX and highly recommend their services.

This is a prime example of why I enjoy doing business with Esx. Your 3rd party hardware support has always been wonderful. Going back to the first time I called you guys with an ancient SAN that was way outside of our manufacturer support. I didn’t have support with anyone at the time, I called you guys and you got someone on the system right away and had me running within a couple hours of the outage.

WE have been using ESX for many years for IT business network support. We really like the crew and get great customer service from their long term staff. It feels like they are part of our business! So even when new companies solicit us to try to switch, we always say no because we are very satisfied.
