Pretty bad overall experience twice. First helper placement was horrible, did a horrible job, bad attitude, and helper quit after 2 months. They provided no screening or training. Second was direct hire, and was being handled poorly, both my side as an employer, and also the helper side employee (she complained to me). Most of the time your "agent" in charge in on holiday on random days, and different stages are handled by different people. They pass you on to other "team members" who are not familiar with the case, and do a poor job, with bad communication. Your case is handled by 6 or 7 different people, which is horrible since you have to re-explain everything, wasting my time. Charges a lot of random hidden fees in the name of non-profit and transparency. Charging a high fee, too many team members, and not very efficiently run.
