I'm a web designer, not a developer. A few years ago, I nearly quit web design, because I'd make these beautiful WordPress websites, and within a month they'd be infected with popups, or slow to the point of being unusable. Clients weren't happy, and I'd spent hundreds of dollars paying for malware cleanup, only to be reinfected days later. I originally was hosting on GoDaddy, and in the course of trying to find a solution I moved 20+ sites to: HostGator BlueHost SiteGround InMotion and Dreamhost None of them could help me with the malware issues I kept having, and - depending on the hosting company - support was either non-existent, broken English, or paid support only. I moved all my sites over to Flywheel in a final attempt to keep my business open and... wow. Flywheel migrated my 20+ websites over for free, and cleaned up all the malware in the process. For free. FOR FREE!!! I've never had an infection since I've moved my sites there. They do things I don't understand, but that no other hosting site I've been with does to harden the security of WordPress sites. Their support team is also the best I've ever worked with, going well above and beyond their scope of responsibility to help me with tasks that really should be for a dev team. Perfection. A U.K. Business Owner Review I don't often write reviews but Flywheel really deserve it. I run two websites from the UK and Flywheel are probably the best hosting company I have ever used! Previously I used other big name host companies, one of which has a mascot that may or may not be an Alligator, they all were just fraught with issues, hard to use, old fashioned GUI's and just huge conglomerates that didn't give a monkeys about it's customers. Flywheel have always given me one to one service, have ALWAYS been able to answer my queries and I have 100% peace of mind that my website is secure, backed up and always up to date. When I first discovered them I got in touch and I scheduled a skype meeting and they couldn't have been more supportive. I transferred to them ASAP.
