FS Lasers is probably one of the best lasers Ive ever used and could afford. Its got great speeds, powerful lasers with upgrades you can buy as you get better at using the machine. Its simple, the online application is user friendly as well as the team over there. Quick to answer and so many rad things you can do with their equipment!
In a fit of carelessness, I nuked the focus lens in my Muse Core and had to get a new lens ordered to finish my project. The website was showing the lens as out of stock, so I reached out and was assisted by Ashley who responded immediately. She got me set up with a replacement (and she fixed the stock reporting thing on the website). That in and of itself is worth noting in a review, but does the story end there?...alas, no. So a few days after the replacement was supposed to be here, I realized it had not arrived. I tracked it and discovered that the Post Office had delivered it to the wrong address a few doors up. That business claimed they did not receive it and I was bummin'. So I pinged Ashley again and she was able to track it on her end and get more info. We were able to determine that the other business had received the package, but rejected it since it was not addressed to them (the post office recorded as having been delivered and received). As soon as we discovered this Ashley dispatched me a totally new lens which just arrived while we wait for the post office to return the first to Full Spectrum. I love the laser rig, and as a busy professional, I really love the support, especially when it is timely, competent and friendly. Five stars, Kudos, and accolades to Ashley and her team.
I’ve had my laser for several years with no issues. I love my laser! I use it for almost everything from making mounting brackets to, display cases, and art pieces. It’s the best for custom gifts too.
