Fusion has been one of the best medical staffing companies, I have worked for. Will is my recruiter, He is positive and full of happy energy. His personality over the phone is contagious. He is very up front and I like that. This builds trust. He is great at listening. Will is very good at making you feel needed and valued. I have not gone more than two weeks without hearing from him to see, how things are going and if I need anything. I have met several other Fusion travels as I go and 99.9% are awesome and have great work ethic and fun to work with, we become friends quickly. Which is important to me, being a traveler can feel lonely at times, I do not feel this way at all with Fusion, because of Will and my co-worker.
