Remember your last family holiday? January 2024 I went to Guilin with my mum and my big Golden Deluxe family. Mr Ricky assisted us on the booking and payment with clear explanation. Before departure our tour leader Miss Sue Ann personally gave us a phone call explaining thorough details and preparation before flying. The small group members allowed us to move at our own pace. Our local tour guide Miss Xiao Qi was so experienced and each and every of her description and stories were fascinating. If you enjoy sumptuous authentic local cuisine this is the best tour. We were well fed during the tour! Accommodation chosen were tip top too. Couldn't be more comfortable. Overall highly recommended and will surely book other tours with Golden Deluxe!

We joined the Danang-Hue-Hoi An tour on February. It was such a memorable tour. Thanks to our Malaysian tour leader, Mr Brandon Hew for his great hospitality and professional service. He is such a gentle, friendly and helpful tour guide. Accommodation and food were excellent. Everyday, we were served with delicious Vietnamese food. This is also a no shopping stop tour. My family and I were very happy to join this tour. I highly recommended Golden Deluxe and Mr Brandon as tour leader. Keep up the great job!

7 Days 5 Nights Seoul & Busan Pre & Post tour: Ricky took our order and served us well. He had the tough task to reschedule our tour dates due to some airline matters, he handled it well. Visas, insurance and all pre-tour matters were done properly and kept us updated. Tour: Itinerary was as expected and for FIT traveller like us, this was a packed tour, we usually tour by ourselves with more leisure time. Tour itinerary was well arranged and managed, with only 2 hotels stay, hence not moving around too much. Worth it. Good arrangements. Hotels: Busan Connect was a fairly new hotel, rooms were smaller but comfortable, breakfast was limited but tastes good, overall good. Seoul Hotel Bernoui was a little bit older than expected, however the rooms were big, breakfast had a large spread but not as good tasting as Busan Connect. Overall ok. Meals: As this was a full board package, all meals were provided, we've covered breakfast above. All other meals were more than sufficient and tasted good, for the exception of one restaurant, which didn't taste good (the one where the proprietor is a Korean actor aficionado with all walls full of his poster). Tour Manager and Local Guide: Debbie was our Tour Manager from Malaysia and accompanied us the entire trip. She did well in handling the airports processes and had to guide 2 fellow travellers who arrived at the wrong terminal. Along the trip she ensured everyone is up the coach before leaving the venue. Doris was our local tour guide and she did very well. Kept us engaged although most days we were dead tired. Both Debbie and Doris helped a lot in ensuring we are seated as close as possible in the aircrafts because for Korean Airlines, check in and getting a seat is individual. This is tough, kudos to them both. Coach captains and coaches: Captains were well trained (I'd say all coach captains around the world has the same DNA). Coaches used could have been a newer model, these were a bit...dated. Entire tour in Seoul and Busan we were lucky that traffic jam was almost none (abnormal), the weather was good, sunny and range temperature between 9c and 23c - PERFECT, luckiest of all, for the entire 6 days, Cherry Blossoms were fully bloomed EVERYWHERE! And started to wilt the day we left for the airport, talking about timing! Thanks Ricky, Debbie, Doris and the entire Golden Deluxe Travel crew Malaysia and South Korea.
