Traditional law firms are just that, traditional. Pen and paper traditional... High-overhead pyramids with a core of partners supported by a larger cohort of associates and lawyers. All charging clients dated and exorbitant hourly rates. We re-engineered this dated structure. Abolished the traditional hierarchy, stripped out the high overheads and pretentious building spaces, re-tooled the ratio of support staff to lawyers and did away with archaic business practices. We are a firm for modern and largely self-sufficient lawyers who understand that technology is a tool to be exploited, not feared. A tool for not only achieving internal efficiencies but greater autonomy, flexibility as well as improved client support and engagement.

Cannot recommend Goodwill Law enough! McKenzie & Will assisted with the purchase of our first home, enabling us to feel at ease throughout one of the biggest purchases we've made to date. After multiple unsuccessful offers and plenty of work already done for us by Goodwill, our offer was accepted whilst we were overseas so majority of our communication was done via email. This had no impact on their ability to be super flexible, speedy, and easy to get a hold of. We actually started our journey with Tyler - I believe his last day was when our offer was accepted - but the transition to McKenzie's representation was like he never left. Absolutely seamless.
