I have been a client of Gravity Systems for many years and have been pleased and impressed by the quality of their services. They provide backup for all my contacts and for my calendar which has been critical at certain times. In addition, they have fixed problems with my email, with transferring data to new devices, etc., all done quickly and remotely. I recommend them without hesitation.
We have used Gravity Systems several times over the last 2-3 years. They provide the hands needed to complete jobs at our branch offices. It is so nice to have a reliable support team to get the job done well and save us from spending all day in a car to get there and back. A shout-out to Ray for his excellent work and professionalism. My company has been contracting with Gravity Systems for 11 years to provide all of our IT services including server and workstation hardware support, application support and, now, phone service.
