Dealing with any property management company anywhere can be challenging to say the least. However, my interactions with Green River Property Management has been a surprisingly wonderful experience. I applied, I received an answer quickly and from that point on, I was assigned to Ms. Jennifer who communicated with me consistently. The whole process was done online and if I didn’t understand something she was very patient with me and even answered me on her day off. As a matter of fact, the entire staff whom I came into contact with at their physical address/office was amazing! Before I moved in, there were some things that the owner of the property had to complete and Ms. Jennifer reached out to me after I moved in to make sure everything was done. I love the property and I pray this will be my home for years to come. But, if for some reason things change and I have to move out, I will look for another home managed by Green River Property Management. They made my experience stress free! Thank you!
