The Association for Industrial Heritage (API) is a place of artistic, social and heritage life that operates mainly in Geneva. The association has the use of two historic sites: an industrial building and its collection of old machines at 25 rue du Vuache, and the Imprimerie des Arts at 10 rue des Corps-Saints.  The API was founded in 1979. It preserves a tangible and intangible industrial heritage. It activates this heritage in particular through exhibitions, events, courses, visits, as well as through a former functional printing press. Recognized as an association with a social and solidarity vocation, the API grants work in particular to students and people in social reintegration under the name Brigades d'Utilité Publique (BUP).
