If this is their resources, let them show what kind of resources they have (are the links really valuable, do they come from websites in the same industry as your website, are they well-known websites, do they rank high). And I advise you to insist on it, because the thousands you leave with them every month probably cover something? If these were to be the amounts for several texts for the blog (real value of a single text: approx. PLN 30-60) and for the so-called optimization (read: attaching several internal links to dofollow), it would be a mockery of people.
