Intiveo has been a great software for us to maximize the customer experience by being highly customizable and very relevant to our business. The communication platform is seamless with our practice management software and has made our patients feel more connected to our office. We could feel the immediate impact as we had less cancellations and more engagement on a daily business. As the dental software world has changed at a break neck pace, Intiveo has been able to be a leader and still provide their clients with a user friendly software that helps us each day. Our dental practice has used Intiveo for about 3 years. It is a great platform with features that allow to improve productivity significantly by reducing the amount of time required to confirm appointments and remind patients when they are coming. Marketing tools would be of better use if they allowed more flexibility. Automation and one size fits all is not the best in every case. The two way chat communication is a wonderful feature that so far no other company has been able to offer in our area. I find it is expensive so charging extra for certain features is definitely a downsize that may reduce significantly the use of those options. Customer service and tech support has always been good. We recommend it!
We have been using Intiveo for patient appointment confirmations and recare management on a regular basis. Our patients respond very well to text messaging and this frees up our front desk receptionists to utilize their time for other important administrative duties. The Intiveo portal is a very helpful way to reach tech support and immediately respond to any questions or concerns. The chat option is also a great tool for scheduling last minute openings. Mass messages to patients, especially during COVID-19, is extremely helpful in keeping connected with our valuable patients.
