We purchased the on-premise version of Bitrix24 in 2018. We upgraded our license a few times and now we are on enterprise 1000 user licence. We have been using Bitrix24 platform as our main communication platform since then to effectively communicate, collaborate, and share documents in our organization. Intreface has been supporting us 24/7 since the start. In almost all of the cases they have responded in less than an hour and fixed the issue right away, despite the fact that we are in Vancouver, Canada, and have noticeable time difference with London, UK. We have never felt unsupported. We look forward to work with them for many more years.
