IOI's ambition has always been to create immersive, system-driven worlds filled with beautiful art and innovative design. However, twenty-five years ago, there was no off-the-shelf engine that provided what we needed. Amazing company to work there.
Great games, great people. Totally not biased cos I work there.
Customers all over Reddit have been continuously reporting a major issue on Hitman 3 for Nintendo switch where the game freezes after a few minutes of starting. The issue persists independent of connection speed, has been occurring for over 3 months now, and countless folks have contacted support, including myself. Your dev team still has not fixed the issue and yet you refuse to refund us for a broken, unplayable game. The Switch edition of this game is not some steam bargain - many of us payed over 75 euros for it and now feel cheated as we cannot get our money back. Please listen to your customers and fix this as soon as possible.
