I think Jem Bespoke is one of the best companies I have worked with. Since putting my idea on the Professional Asians Group, Rav has been nothing but excellent. We were getting refurbishment done, and it took over a month for us to have the intricacy with the sizing, design, etc. In some cases the sizing went through multiple iterations. She even corrected mistakes made by professional graphic designers. Throughout the process, Rav was just brilliant, her brilliant customer service meant she was able to answer questions of mine anytime, and when the wood work was being cut, she sent me videos and pictures of the progress. Finally, when it came to shipping, without exaggeration, I can say it was some of the best packaging I have ever seen. My wood work was extremely detailed and intricate and fragile, but the way she packaged the item ensured I was able to receive it without any issues. The price I paid was worth every penny, and with the combination of service and care I would have easily given more - because this level of care towards a something that means so much to a customer is so rare to see these days. I have already recommended Rav to MANY people who visit my house, and I will continue to do so. I really hope in the future I get to work with Jem Bespoke again, because it’s triggered so many more ideas!
