Most recently, Lucia Huang at Jones IT has helped us out with our IT services, laptop management, and conference room set up and we've been very pleased. Response time is fast and solutions offered are great.

On 5/9/2024, I had a very important deadline to meet, and at the same time my computer crashed. Chris and his team just happened to be here at that time. The way Chris and his team jumps into action is amazing and very much appreciated. I have worked in many office settings and have never had a more supportive IT team than the one we currently have.
