Disappointing Experience with Logo Design Company Kirnani technologies as I recently engaged with them for their logo design services for our company Ericá Cosmetics and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The logo designs provided by KTPL fell far below my expectations. The concepts lacked creativity, and it seemed like little effort was put into understanding the essence of our brand. Communication was a significant issue throughout the process. There were delays in responding and when I did receive a response, it often lacked clarity. I found it challenging to convey my vision, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in addressing our specific design requirements. KTPL IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL
Not satisfied with logo design which they are providing, the designers are not so creative to create a unique logo design by them self. It's being more then one month we haven't been able to get identical logo design for our company. We have have requested to cancel the order and refund the money but still no response from them. KTPL is "Not recommendable" as they don't bother once they receive payment.
