I use LEAP in a book-keeping capacity and it is really user friendly and easy to navigate. The online tutorials are straight forward and easy to follow. Michelle is excellent in support and will always find the time to help with queries.

We are a new firm set up since the beginning of the year. We looked at lots of other case management systems before making our decision. However, one of the key benefits for us was the huge amount of resources available following the initial integration. The system is user friendly, integrates really well with Office 365 & has the added flexibility of the web platform / mobile app for scanning & dictating directly to a matter.

Signed up to Leap over a year ago now, my first case management system - it's a very good package, reasonable price, good training at the start, good customer service. Michelle is very helpful if ever I have a question. Would recommend.
