LIFT aims to deliver the vision of 100% youth employment for the Hawke’s Bay region.  We work with our most disadvantaged and excluded young people, supporting both them and employers, networking and connecting with service providers, to create a much needed and job-led ‘wrap-a-round’ approach that provides pathways for young people into sustainable employment or entrepreneurship.  Our business-led solution was established as a direct response to issues identified through engagement with young people, parents, whanau, communities, service providers and  employers in Hawke’s Bay.
