I sent 1000 sheets of paper to be printed, I sent them the material, I sent them the design and what they did was print the logo in the wrong part, the man was rude when answering, they damaged all the material and the payment for the printing, in the end They didn't respond for anything and threatened me, I lost about 1 and a half million
Terrible service, I transferred money through DaviPlata, they never returned the money, I wrote and they only responded that they were going to schedule my work. In the end I lost my money
I recently requested a service, they never reported delays and I practically lost the days scheduled for the claim of 1000 die-cut labels. I paid early and it was still delayed more than 4 business days. Two weeks for a small order was the total time. And not even canceling the order on the same day did I have the courtesy to communicate delays or anything, it was always my turn to ask the status and put up with the visits and unanswered calls. I thought the place was worth it, but they showed that they don't care about the customer, they only care about saying yes to everyone and making everyone look bad. I became very bored with the service and lost two sales weekends in December.
