Working as an intern at Logitrain built my confidence to work in a professional environment and gave me opportunity to improve my knowledge and skills. During my internship I was able to use my theoretical knowledge in Information Technology that I acquired in university to solve issues in real world. As an IT support role, I was responsible for troubleshooting systems which were causing errors and handled all the IT related issues within the office. Other than that, I have learnt desktop systems set up and made sure that all the systems had specifications as required.
