The service was extremely unsatisfactory, demonstrating a complete lack of accountability. Despite receiving payment, they failed to undertake any meaningful work. Their grand promises regarding Google My Business plans proved to be hollow, as they took no concrete actions. Moreover, they abruptly halted the provision of progress reports after just five months. The use of misleading data for keywords was particularly disconcerting, employed as a tactic to persuade me to avail their services. Regrettably, they never acknowledged or rectified their mistakes, leaving me thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience.
