I’d like to tell you about my recent find, Melu- a managed live chat company based in Oxford. I started a trial with them in January and after a very quick and easy sign-up I went live just before 5pm. Just after 7pm I received a lead from Melu following a live chat on our website. I called the contact straight away and it turned into a booking. They could have easily gone elsewhere had Melu not been there to answer their questions! We have been using Melu as our website web chat provider for over six months now, and I am delighted with their service. Every chat is handled professionally, and our account manager, Lee, is always on hand should we need to make a change to our script. The cost of their services is significantly cheaper than others I had researched previously, which encouraged me to try Melu. Overall, I would highly recommend them!
I've been working with Melu now for a few months and I've been really really impressed. They are very responsive to our needs and they're quality of work is excellent. All of the support agents speak in exactly the tone we need and they've taken all of the information on board perfectly. The dashboard is fantastic and easy to use. You can pull up all the chats and get a great overview of the number of leads generated from live chats. Lee - the Co-Founder & Director - is a great guy who I initially met at a trade show and he's been super helpful throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend Melu to anyone who wants to upgrade their website and be more responsive to customers and prospects.
