Very bad management, third class food they provide to staff full year same menu

Very bad company, I worked here as QHSE executive. they are only thinking about money, but not about the employees. Especially the HR department. They are recruiting from India through some agencies and taking money from the job seekers. Most of the staffs not continuing their work, after their contract. HR manager will play with the employees, after joining. Salary cuts, no yearly vacation, and also termination without proper rules & regulations. They will make a list of staff every year, and recruiting new staffs by taking money from the jobseekers. Most of the staffs are not happy with the company. Many car drivers came here for job, but the company told them to drive bikes. Many staffs doing jobs other than the jobs mentioned in their offer letter. Once there was an accident of staff vehicle, the company did nothing for the affected staffs and their family. They took all the insurance amount which was supposed to give for the injured staffs. During covid-19 lockdown period, many staffs worked all the time, but company didn't give them salary. After finishing 2 year also, many staffs went to home by spending the ticket money from their pocket. For me also company didn't spend a single penny for my exit flight after my resignation. All such money were going directly to the HR Manager's pocket. The top management staffs are treating their staffs very badly. Especially HR manager, Mr.Faisal. He is a fraud and doesn't even knows the meaning of HR department. Since it is a start up company many top management were not aware of standard management processes. Because of that they were operating by their own rules and regulations. If anyone joining this company, should make sure about the package& job. High chance of cheating by the HR department. Should ask the work contract copy(employee copy) at the time of joining itself.
