Micron Surface Innovations was founded by Casey and Breana Heitzman in Portland, Oregon in 2017. Casey is the founder and owner of Micron Metal Finishing and has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial metal finishing industry. Casey and Breana recognized the need for top quality, precise cutting and engraving as part of the metal finishing process; Micron Surface Innovations was created to fulfill that need.

Excellent service with personal interaction. Kept me up to date on my order without me needing to follow up.
I had a larger personal project done by MSI. The engraving was super clean and professional. The owner is a go getter and was supportive about helping me finish my project.
My company was in search of someone to make us custom coaster after we had a few negative experiences with other vendors. I am so happy I found MSI. I worked with Bre and she was able to get us a few dozen bamboo coasters engraved with our company logo and they were perfect! Very high quality, looked so much better than others we received from the other vendors and they cost us less. They are quick to respond and shipped our order very quick. They also do hundreds of other items, so I’m expecting we’ll be ordered pint glasses, shot glasses and more in the future. MSI does an amazing job and I highly recommend them.
