I had a highly disappointing experience working with Milestone Company. It is evident that the company lacks the basic manners and professionalism required to manage a team effectively. The CEO's aggressive behavior and illogical blame-shifting create a toxic work environment, making it difficult for the team to perform at their best. Furthermore, the HR department's incompetence is glaringly obvious. The company's salary structure appears arbitrary and unfair, with wages seemingly based on undisclosed criteria and hidden policies. Employees often find extra charges deducted from their salaries without any clear explanation or justification. Overall, Milestone Company's management and HR practices are severely lacking, and I would strongly advise against considering them as an employer.
