I’m Mariah – a graphic designer, calligrapher, and newbie letterpress printer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I’m a mostly self-taught graphic designer, and I quickly fell in love with traditional calligraphy and sending snail mail, an art that is dying in our technological world.
I’m Mariah – a graphic designer, calligrapher, and newbie letterpress printer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I’m a mostly self-taught graphic designer, and I quickly fell in love with traditional calligraphy and sending snail mail, an art that is dying in our technological world. MJ Creative Co. is my passion, where I work towards combining my modern graphic design style with old fashioned techniques. My goal is to create one-of-a-kind paper goods and custom designs that anyone will fall in love with (like I have). The newest addition to my business family is an early 1900’s Kelsey Star Job Press, a small, but beautiful letterpress printer that I love more than anything. I have a natural talent for letterpress, and I’m excited to start offering it to all of my clients! I have so much passion for the paper used, the impression it leaves with or without ink, and the handmade nature of something that we’re used to technology making easier.

Mariah’s work speaks for itself! She made all my signs, invites, escort cards, and welcome sign. She is super responsive with emails and so easy to work with. i highly recommend her to anyone! I planned my wedding from Florida and she always made sure everything was completed and sent to me in a timely manner! She made us a bar sign with our French bulldog and it literally looks just like him!
We work with Mariah often, and not only is she incredibly talented, but she is always professional and courteous. Her creativity and passion is obvious, and every person we send her way is extremely satisfied with their invitations or anything else. If every designer we worked with was as organized and prepared as Mariah, our work would be a lot easier. We highly recommend MJ Creative Co!
Mariah is SO incredibly talented!! Her work and craftsmanship is not only beautiful, but also intentionally created. She is able to offer an outstanding service and make your vision come to life!
