We have been working with My Remote Tech for quite some time, around 5 years. They are responsible for IT consulting and support for our 3 companies which all located in Los Angeles but different locations. Recently we have been saved by My Remote Tech due to an unexpected server crash including all our exchange local emails. They did a great job resolving our issue in less than 5 hours which not only the turnaround was very quick but also very cost efficient and that's what makes them different from other IT consulting and services firm.
