I started this company because I saw a real need for good, reliable tradespeople. Under my previous boss, I worked hard to keep my standards at their highest level.      But I would hear many of my friends tell me stories about their current projects and the tradespeople they have on their sites. They were unreliable, would turn up late, leave early, do sub-standard work and charge a fortune.      Common complaints would be: “I wish they would at least flick me a text”, “I waited six weeks with no contact only to find they’d forgotten to order my materials and we have to wait another two weeks” and “The bill was twice their estimate!”. I knew I could do way better than that, so I took the plunge.
