Horrible customer service; bag has been missing for 2 weeks. Impossible to know if they've looked for your property. Absolutely no updates at all, no accountability, no visibility into the process. Customer service oscillates between rude and nonexistent. Very obvious they lie, and nobody is on the same page and continues to tell the customer nothing and hope they eventually give up and go away. Their profit motive seems to be to NOT find your bag!! Worst airline and customer service, I've ever flown with Frontier! Any airline is better than this joke!!
